Cfao Mobility (Zambia) Limited Human Capital has taken a keen interest in ensuring that its staff deliver a level of performance that meets international Toyota Standards of service excellence, to position the company as a preferred employer through Vocational training.
To this effect the following programs are currently running.
Graduate Trainee Program: Top university graduates are invited to apply for the graduate trainee program for a 2-year rotational training period to gain experience in all facets of a multi-national organization. At the end of the program performance is rated and a permanent employment position is offered to the best candidates.
Apprentice Program: Cfao Mobility (Zambia) Limited has a technical apprentice program where every year top achievers from local technical Colleges are invited to apply for a 2 to 3-year training program depending on the apprentice’s performance. This program helps apprentices gain Toyota Automotive mastery as they are trained on the same Toyota Technicians curriculum used globally
Internship Program: Cfao Mobility (Zambia) Limited has an internship program whereby school leavers and tertiary learners are offered short assignments in operations to give them an understanding of how a multinational company works.
National Development: Authorized Service Centers (ASC’s): Cfao Mobility (Zambia) Limited provides Zambian Nationals the opportunity to own a piece of an international brand through the appointment of Authorized Service Centers to expand the Toyota aftersales network. Cfao Mobility (Zambia) Limited then surveys the market and approaches the best technician in town to start a Toyota Authorized Service center and become the representative for Toyota in their district.
