To ensure our vehicles run and meet our customers’ needs, we have a strong aftersales support system in place. We have an established Parts Distribution Centre which has sufficient stock holding. Our distribution services ensure that all our 12 Workshops and 3 Parts shops are constantly supplied with the right quantity and type of parts needed by our customers. Continuous knowledge and skills enhancement of our technical staff is of utmost importance to us, to guarantee quality service. We are also developing a dedicated training facility as a way of continuous improvement (KAIZEN), in training standards and coping with additional training demands towards more complex vehicle technologies.

Being a fully customer centric organisation, we have developed and launched various local services. In late 2022, we launched a 5-year Service Plan to meet the needs of our fleet customers. With our Service Plan, there are no more administrative or financial challenges to manage any fleet size. And in partnerships with local banks and other financial institutions such as Public Service Micro Finance Company (PSMFC), we constantly strive to develop more affordable financial products to make the purchase of our new vehicles more accessible.
