CFAO Mobility Zambia once again made a powerful statement at Zambia’s 14th Annual Lusaka Motor Show, held from the 6th to 8th of September 2024 at the Lusaka Polo Club, Showgrounds. As one of the most significant automotive events in the country, the show has become a beacon of economic growth, providing industry leaders an unrivaled platform to unveil their latest innovations and engage with enthusiasts and customers alike.
This year, CFAO Mobility Zambia emerged as one of the most dynamic participants, proudly presenting a diverse lineup of vehicles that underscore our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. Under the Toyota division, we unveiled the all-new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, a true icon of boldness and luxury, along with the legendary Hilux, the RAV4 Hybrid Electric Vehicle, and the sporty Corolla Cross GR. From our Automark division, popular models such as the Mark X, Axio, and C-HR Hybrid also captivated the crowd.
But we didn’t stop there. Our multibrand display featured the latest from Ford, including the Everest, Wildtrak, and Single Cab, as well as Suzuki’s Fronx, Celerio, and Jimny 3-door. The Amarok Panamericana also took center stage, complemented by top brands like Top Gear, Motul, and Maxxis. Our vibrant and engaging display didn’t go unnoticed, earning us the award for second place in the Automotive category. This accolade, received by our National Sales and Marketing Manager, Mr. Andreja Ursic, further solidifies our strong presence in the industry.
The event was graced by notable guests, including the Minister of Justice, Hon. Princess Kasune, M.P., and the guest of honor, Hon. Elvis Nkandu, MP, Minister of Youth, Sport, and Arts. Hon. Nkandu praised CFAO Mobility Zambia for capturing the very essence of the motor show — creativity, innovation, and excellence. He specifically highlighted our green initiatives, noting that CFAO Mobility is at the forefront of the transition to sustainability with our lineup of Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs). “CFAO Mobility is leading the charge towards a greener future,” he remarked. “Their range of HEVs offers innovative solutions to reduce fuel emissions, which is crucial for long-term environmental preservation.”
Hon. Nkandu was particularly impressed by the all-new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, sharing his admiration, “I was truly wowed by the new Land Cruiser Prado, a vehicle that stands out with its boldness and luxury. Built with distinctive features that exude confidence and sophistication, it exemplifies the spirit of innovation that this event celebrates.”
